GumnutCo Paddock Sessions – Image Use & Copyright Terms

Thank you for taking part in a GumnutCo paddock session. It was a joy to capture your time on the Greenstead.

Please take a moment to review the following terms relating to the use of your images.

Copyright & Ownership
All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of GumnutCo. By participating in a photo session and accessing your gallery, you acknowledge that GumnutCo retains full ownership of all photographs.

Personal Use Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use your selected images for personal use only. This includes:

• Sharing on personal social media accounts

• Printing for personal display

• Sending to family and friends

Images must not be sold, altered for commercial purposes, or used in any business, advertising, or promotional context without prior written permission.

Creative Integrity
To preserve the visual style and storytelling of the Greenstead, images must not be heavily edited, filtered, or altered beyond basic cropping.

GumnutCo Usage Rights
By participating in a paddock session, you grant GumnutCo ongoing, unrestricted permission to use images from your session for:

• Website and online presence

• Social media platforms

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Print publications and media

• Future Greenstead projects and storytelling

Images will always be used respectfully and in alignment with the GumnutCo brand and values.

Privacy Considerations
If you would prefer that your images are not used publicly, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your gallery, and we will honour your request.

Gallery Access
Your gallery will remain available for a limited time as advised. We recommend downloading and saving your images promptly.
